Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution
In the event of a complaint please contact us at the email address firstname.lastname@example.org please include in the email identification of the order and a description of defects.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be immediately applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
In case of rejection of the complaint, we will provide you with justification for rejection of the complaint.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ve Žlíbku 1800/77, 193 00 Prague 9. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The goods cannot be sent by cash on delivery. Items sent this way will not be accepted.
